A space to bring the inner struggle into words - as a parent or as a professional
I work with understanding, vulnerability, and development as foundations for meaningful change. When parents explore what lies beneath reactions and patterns, new ways of seeing themselves, their child, and their relationships can emerge.
Break The Cycle - And Reconnect
You know your reactions can become too intense. Maybe you yell, withdraw, or feel shame afterward. You really want to be a safe and good parent – but don’t know how to change in the moment.
I help you to:
Understand why you react the way you do – without guilt or shame
Find new ways to meet your child – even during the storm
Create connection, safety, and cooperation in daily life
Become a parent who acts in line with your values
